Voting Now Open for 2026-2029 a2ru Executive Committee Members

The elections for new Executive Committee members are now open; those elected will serve three-year terms, 2026-2029.

This committee takes a key role in advising a2ru staff in how we serve our mission and lead inter-institutional collaborations and thought leadership on behalf of the entire network.

This year’s nominees include:

• Erica Halverson, Gibb Faculty Professor of Curriculum & Instruction, Chair of the Department of Theatre & Drama, and Special Advisor to the Dean on Arts and Innovation, School of Education, University of Wisconsin—Madison
• Michael Schmidt, Director, Institute for Arts and Health, College of Communication and Fine Arts at the University of Memphis
• Jinsil Hwaryoung Seo, Associtae Dean for Research and Creative Works, College of Performance, Visualization & Fine Arts, Texas A&M University
