The Alliance for the Arts in Research Universities (a2ru) has launched a video channel on YouTube. It can be found using the following URL: https://www.youtube.com/user/a2ruVideos
Many of the videos scheduled to appear on a2ru’s YouTube channel are part of on an ongoing research project funded by the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation. These research videos are provided courtesy of Arts Engine at the University of Michigan and provide insights into arts-integrated interdisciplinarity in higher education the reach beyond STEM to STEAM.

The premiere video features Dr. Justine Cassell, former Director of the Human Computer Interaction Institute at Carnegie Mellon University. Dr. Cassell shares her unique point-of-view on the value of what is articulated through poetry and how what is articulated is also a reflection of what is discarded; something that resonates with all forms of inquiry.
