How Do We Tackle Overarching Questions?

Three plenary topics at the a2ru 2014 National Conference at ISU reflect overarching issues that are related to arts-integrated interdisciplinary work in higher education. Each of these questions will be tackled head-on in this portion of the a2ru website following the conference. The plenary topics are posited as questions and invite a response to the following:

• What is the future of arts-integrative interdisciplinary efforts and how do such efforts relate to our vision of the future of higher education?
• What is the future of funding for arts and interdisciplinary efforts in higher education?
• What is the future of arts partnerships between research universities and communities, corporations, non-profits, and other bodies in the 21^st century?
