• So, what did this [a2ru] conference really have to do with the arts? Actually, quite a lot. Even though it wasn’t explicitly a traditional conference about the fine arts, I felt like there was an underlying message that artists should always be part of the larger conversation about creativity and innovation. After all, artists have the unique trait of being communicators by training.

Advanced Graphic Design Students Partner for UNL Drought Symposium

Advanced graphic design students at UNL are partnering in a collaborative design research project for a Drought Symposium.


Students from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln are involved in a collaborative design research project with students at San Francisco State University. Together they investigate the systemic connections between these two regions within the framework of water for food for this year’s Drought Symposium at UNL.  This advanced graphic design course is taught by Stacy Asher, Assistant Professor of Art.
